I am an Executive Producer with a focus on SAG + non-union commercial production. From my agency days I bring a deep knowledge of content production and relationships with best in class partners. I am well versed in video production at scale for digital/social channels, and my integrated production experience includes radio, photography, digital, animation, influencer, and event/experiential production. My time on the brand side brings experience establishing a production/PM department including operational responsibilities such as, budget allocation + management, resourcing, department level project management, digital asset management, campaign strategy development, and reporting.

Where I’ve been.
Head of Production and Creative Ops October 2022—May 2023
I established both the production and creative ops functions on the Brand Marketing & Communications team. The scope of my role ranged from identifying and managing production vendors, to designing and implementing a PM solution to support Marketing, PR, Design and Events. I was responsible for managing and tracking the department budget and stood up a digital asset management system for all video/photo assets. Additionally, I led all content production including the company's first ever brand campaign and the most successful partnership launch—Uber Eats. In this role I successfully up-leveled the quality of our creative output while streamlining our internal ops and department spend. I operated in a strategic capacity designing campaigns and marketing activities to deliver against both company OKRs and short term objectives.

I worked across the client roster, with a focus on broadcast production. Working closely with the account and creative teams, I was responsible for identifying and implementing production solutions to deliver high quality creative on time and on budget. I also executed content at scale for digital and social channels, often acting as line producer leveraging the in house production arm. I have experience with both SAG and non-union productions and manage budgets ranging from $15k-$2M+. In addition to video, I produced radio, photography, banner, animation, and event/experiential content.

I managed a team responsible for developing and executing large scale Influencer Programs. In addition to agency producer, in this role I delivered across a variety of disciplines included line production, business affairs, strategy, account management and analytics. I was tasked with balancing 10+ projects at a time and delivering results across a wide range of production budgets.
